Renovation works
New roof, electrics, plumbing, bathrooms and fully fitted kitchen. All dividing walls, staircase and tiling are new. All interior doors new, all traditional exterior doors and windows renovated. House freshly decorated inside and out. Parking area created. House also benefits from a structural 'ring-beam' ( to civil engineer's specifications) fitted during work to the roof.


Afrafi
A picturesque mountain village in the North west part of the island. It is close to Sidari, Agios Geogios (one of the best beaches in the area) and Agros, which has a primary and secondary school. There is a mini market in the town square and a kafenion. Agrafi is a pretty little village and this is one of the few remaining properties to undergo restoration. And, yes, the property was originally owned by the village mayor!
