Each villa is 225m²
spread over three levels. There is a lower level which is space that can
be used for a variety of uses such as additional bedrooms or a study or
made into a separate guest area. The ground floor has an entrance area,
lounge/dinning room (with fire place), kitchen and double garage plus a
large balcony over looking the garden and the top floor has two bedrooms
and a bathroom plus one balcony for each bedroom. There will be central
