The sellers of these apartments guarantee all Buyers a rental income of 3.5% of the purchase price per year for THREE YEARS after the date of purchase. This amount will be pre-paid upon signing the contract of purchase. The Sellers will undertake to rent out the Buyer's apartment for the months of July and August during these three years.
