The Builder The builder contracted by developer in conjunction with Mr. Vasiliadis (the developers representative on Corfu), is a local Corfu man by the name of Vasillis Mourmouris. He has had more than 16 years in the building business and has worked most of the major trades during the first ten years of his career. These include foundations, major reinforced concrete works, plastering and brick laying, tiling, plumbing and electrical experience, roofing, painting, stone work, damp and heat insulation, ceilings and finishing wood and marble work. He has built up a network of local suppliers from whom he purchases materials at reasonable prices. He also has a team of reliable and experienced tradesman. Below are two examples of houses which he has constructed.

Need a local Bank Mortgage. If you are a European citizen it is not difficult to obtain a Greek bank mortgage. As is the case in most other EU countries there is a process to follow and paper work to be done. We understand that this is not easy for a foreigner to do and have therefore researched the local market and made contacts with banking institutions in order to assist our clients. Please contact CIP if you require help in this regard.

Insurance Once you have purchased your property you may require Property Owners insurance (buildings), Household insurance (contents) and Public Liability insurance. Our associate company, Corfu Insurance Brokers (CIB) are able to assist you with these and other insurance products.

Very Important Notice These houses will be delivered absolutely complete and ready to be occupied. Please be aware of two very important factors:-           (a) If you require different finishes which cost more than those contained in the specification, these additional costs                will be for your account. Additional work and their cost must be committed to writing and signed by both                purchaser and builder.           (b) There is no allowance within the prices quoted for any garden development, external walls, gates, fences,                swimming pool, retaining walls etc. Please be advised that any such work can be arranged by the developer and                builder and will be charged for separately. The earlier you advise that such works are required the better will be                the pricing and the inconvenience factor will be less.

Kitchen Equipment. The following items can be installed on the clients request at an additional cost:-                                              (a) Refrigerator/Freezer                                              (b) Cooker/oven                                              (c)  Dishwasher                                              (d) Washing machine
