SUNSET HILL Construction Process.

I. Excavation:

From the stable ground we excavated and we fill in with big plinths below and smaller stones on top and we cover them with nylon, that way we prevent humidity. Then we mold 6-7cm concrete and above that we mold 45-50cm 'Betorantie' (thick-strong concrete with iron reinforcing), that way we accomplish strength to our iron shell. All this procedure makes our foundation more resistant to earthquakes and other exhaustions.

2. Brickwork:

The outside brickwork will be built of 25cm thick bricks with special heat and sound insulation. 9cm bricks will used for the interior walls. When all the walls are built to a height of 2,20m height we mold the corner columns for a better connection and above all this we mold the 'senaz or ring' (15cm thick concrete with iron reinforcing). At the height of 2,80m we mold a second 'senaz or ring' of 20cm height with irons where timber beams of the roof will rest.

3. Roof work:

. The roof will be built as below:
. Main beams of 15 x15cm thickness.
. Wood boards of 2cm.thickness and 20cm.width. . Insulation of 3cm.thickness.
. Pitch paper.
. Concrete tiles in cream color.
. Gutters at the roof edge.

The interior of the roof will have exposed beams.

4. Exterior Coating:

As a first layer we use insulating waterproof solution 'revinex'. As a second hand we use a covering of clay and cement 3cm thick. As a last layer we use a covering of marble and lime 1/2cm thick.

5. Interior Coloring:

We proceed as below:

. Rubbing to smooth the surface.
. Primer with acrylic application.
. Fill wherever is necessary.
. Application with bionomic double layer plastic color.

Doors

. Application with insulating polyester.
. Application with "SOUPFARER".
. Application of a two-component veneer.
