This is a hotel/apartment and its location is outstanding. It is situated right on the beach with the front gates of the garden leading directly onto the beach. No. B0002 This property is an “old fashion” hotel with one section having been built in 1968 and a further section built in 1992. What makes it special as a property is the fact that it is right on the sea with 80 meters of sea and beach frontage on the east coast of the island. There are two buildings. The first (built 1968) consists of nine double bedrooms and one single bedroom apartment. They all have central heating, telephones and air conditioning. The second building (constructed in 1992) also has nine double bedrooms which are slightly larger plus telephones and air conditioning. There is a restaurant and beach café/bar (on the beach).  There are a panoramic views of the sea, beach and mountains. In the summer the sea is warm, clear and very clean. At present the hotel operates with mainly east European clients.
