There is a growing demand on Corfu for quality property in unique
locations with sea frontage. Regrettably the availability of such properties is
extremely limited and as a result they tend to be high valued and exclusive.
Owners often appoint multiple agents in the belief that a "shot gun" approach
will produce best results. This is not a view shared by Guilford. Without sole
agency appointments Guilford is not in a position to freely advertise such
properties and for this we apologies. Under these circumstances we have opted to
give as much information and description as possible in order to interest
prospective buyers but at the same time make it difficult, if not impossible, to
identify exact locations. Apologies again, there are none or limited photographs on this
section of the site
