OUR SERVICES

We operate on the following basis:-
 

• You appoint us as your purchasing agent here on Corfu/Paxos. The appointment contract is detailed in the PDF file below.

• We charge 2% (plus VAT)(minimum fee 1,500€ plus VAT) of final purchase price. This fee is due and payable the day the final contract of purchase is signed.
   

• We ask you to please complete one or more of the Specification Forms detailed in the PDF files below. Please feel free to amend and/or add to this from whenever you wish. This will be followed by telephonic/Skype communication and discussion in order for us to gain further insight into your needs and dreams whether this is for holidaying, relocation or a business venture.

• We will search and find suitable properties for you to consider and supply information and photographs electronically. Once you have decided that there are sufficient properties available we would request advanced notice of your intention to visit the island in order to view all properties selected. Should none of those viewed meet with your expectations we will continue our search.
   

• Once you have decided to purchase we will assist with any related professional services that you may require such as the appointment of a Lawyer or Engineer or Banking requirements etc.
   

• You may, of course, at any time ask for advice, processes and procedures and we will keep you fully updated at all times.
   

We operate in two main languages Greek and English. However, should you require translators (at your expense) we can arrange this for Russian, German, Dutch and Italian.
